Teaching Portfolio
Standard Four
Standard Four explains that importance of creating and maintaining a supportive and safe learning environment. Safety should always be a priority for students whilst at school. Engagement with a whole school approach is often important (AITSL, 2014).
The classroom should be a supportive environment for learning as well as emotional development. The teacher should make an active effort to be approachable, encouraging students to enter the classroom.
